Elevated Builders is a custom home building and renovation firm specializing in high-end legacy residential projects in the Park City area. Since our founding in 2014, we have successfully completed +$100 million in construction throughout the Wasatch back. Our team's long-standing connection to the area provides us with the local expertise to deliver exceptional results and a seamless building experience. Our boutique and personalized approach to every project allows the client and team to develop open lines of communication early in the process, including clear roles and responsibilities, eliminating the guesswork and mitigating the many pitfalls encountered in the custom home building process.

Geordy Bishop / Principal

Elevated Builders was founded by George "Geordy" Bishop, a respected leader in the local real estate and construction industry. A Colorado native, Geordy moved to Park City in 2009, bringing with him a robust background in commercial contracting and real estate investment. With over 20 years of experience, he has held key leadership positions at top firms, including Regional Vice President at Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH) and Project Manager at Whiting Turner Contracting. He also founded boutique real estate investment firms Kairos Investment Partners and 105th Real Estate Partners. Geordy’s professional expertise and passion for the Park City lifestyle are the driving forces behind Elevated Builders’ commitment to quality and community. A graduate of the University of Denver, he is an active community member involved with local organizations like the Park City Community Foundation and SOS Outreach.
